We do this by giving our customers an all-in-one cloud-based platform to manage leads, sales pipelines, support tickets, as well as full featured marketing automation and email campaign manager.

Job description

For this position, the candidate must be proficient in digital marketing procedures, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing and related software such as SEMRUSH or similar. The candidate will have a solid understanding of HTML/Bootstrap and website development. In depth knowledge and/or working experience with other major CRM applications is a must for this position.

The primary role for this candidate will be to facilitate projects within the SmartDesk CRM application and work with customers to ensure their success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
