Key Accountabilities

• Contribute to PMI multi-category performance
• Efficient Communication to the Direct Retail stores regarding product, guidelines and operations
• Timely delivery of instore activation materials & guidelines
• Fast response and problem solving to ad hoc frontline needs

Responsibilities & tasks

• Drive and coordinate implementation of store activation calendar, messaging, programs and point-of-sale delivery and act as key logistical interface
• Provide support to frontline store teams operational needs such as systems errors regarding the cashregister system & various IT tools, Office supplies, broken air conditioning, leakage and security measurements.
• Provide overall support to store operations coordination between PMI store teams, 3rd party operating partners and PMI back-office
• Provide support to store experiments, measurements and reporting
• Act as additional pair of eyes to agency operational tasks and take care of related Proof of Performance & Goods Receipt
• Provide general support to stores in Store operation developments/improvements such as but not limited to guidelines, communication platform, structured team page, planning tool, powerBI dashboard.

The position requires flexibility on traveling. Although you will have the option to work from home, you will be travelling to the designated stores in Amsterdam and Utrecht, and also attend occasionally in the office/HQ in Antwerp and Maarssen.

• Willing to occasionally work at irregular hours and flexible to be reached during store opening hours in evenings and weekend
• Speaks Dutch language fluently

Experience:

• experience in operational function(s) with high level of coordination
• Experience in retail operation is a big advantage
