Must-Haves

• Proven experience in multichannel marketing strategy and execution

• Fluency in English (written, spoken, and understood)

• Ability to present marketing data with clarity, story, and executive relevance

• Working knowledge of CRM, automation, email sequences, and content funnels

• Deep understanding of what moves people—from swipe to sale to soulmate customer

• Self-starter energy with team-player spirit

• At least one campaign or brand you can brag about (modestly or otherwise )

• Comfort and charisma on camera—whether it’s a live stream or a brand explainer

• Experience marketing in regulated or emerging markets (CBD, fintech, wellness, cannabis, etc.)

Bonus Points For

• Front of the line priority for Landmark Worldwide graduates

• Fluency in a second (or third!) language

• Familiarity with ethical marketing frameworks or purpose-driven storytelling

• Prior startup or growth-stage leadership experience - extra bonus points here!
