We are expanding our team and looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional support workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives.

About the Role:
You will be supporting NDIS participants in their daily living activities, community access, and skill development. Roles are available for both male and female support workers depending on participant preferences and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• Support clients in community engagement and appointments
• Implement behaviour support and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate progress notes and communication logs
• Uphold professional standards and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if applicable)
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Community Services (advantageous)

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
