The Details:

• SCHADS Award pay rates (casual)
• Flexible rosters
• Must have or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid, and Manual Handling training

What You'll Need:

• A genuine passion for people and building community
• Previous experience in disability, aged care or community support (or a strong willingness to learn)
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
• Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
• Great communication skills and a sense of humour — we’re big on human connection
• Respect for diversity, inclusion and trauma-informed approaches
• Flexibility and adaptability — no two days are ever the same
• A commitment to showing up with heart, integrity and curiosity

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
