Disability Support Worker (Casual) Urgent!

About the Role
We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and dedicated female support worker to provide one-on-one support to a valued client living in Springfield, QLD. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others live more independently and confidently in their daily life.

You’ll be working closely with one client, building a meaningful professional relationship and making a positive impact every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing personal care and domestic assistance
Supporting daily routines and independence
Assisting with community access and social activities
Helping with appointments and outings
Following a person-centred care plan
Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

We would love to hear from you if you have:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) or working toward
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR
A reliable car and a valid driver’s licence
Experience in disability or community support (preferred)
