Location: Keystone Centre, Woodridge,QLD
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (Approx. 12 hours per fortnight)
Salary: $36.28 - $39.58 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits

We’re seeking a Disability Support Worker – Group Supports who is passionate about empowering people with disabilities, enjoys working outdoors, and thrives in a supportive and inclusive team environment. Where we help participants develop real-world job skills and confidence through hands-on, meaningful work.

What This Role Is All About:

• Support participants as they complete garden maintenance and outdoor work skills
• Help individuals build independence, confidence and employability
• Facilitate small group activities that promote practical learning, teamwork and social connection
• Mentor participants by modelling positive behaviours and safe work practices
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver person-centred, strengths-based supports
• Contribute to documentation, communication and individualised support planning

What You Bring:

• Supportive, patient and committed to empowering people with disabilities
• Confident working in outdoor, hands-on environments
• Able to motivate, mentor and guide participants during group activities
• Skilled at building respectful and positive relationships
• Comfortable following support plans and documenting participant progress
• A good communicator and team player

You Will Need:

• Experience in disability support or a similar role (Group or individual supports)
• A valid NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check
• Queensland Driver’s Licence
• Certificate III in Disability Support (or working towards it) – highly regarded
