As a Dishwasher, you are the heartbeat of our culinary operation, ensuring every plate begins and ends with cleanliness and care. You take pride in maintaining a spotless and organized kitchen so that our culinary team can work efficiently and our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to stay calm under pressure are vital to the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in keeping things running behind the scenes and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you'll do

• Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen tools, dishes, equipment, and food prep areas
• Using commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure proper sanitation of all items
• Supporting kitchen operations by restocking clean dishes and utensils quickly and efficiently
• Managing garbage, compost, and recycling systems in accordance with resort standards
• Keeping dish areas organized, tidy, and hazard-free throughout the shift
• Collaborating with the culinary team to assist with basic prep tasks as needed
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards

What you'll bring

• You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working with a team
• A strong sense of urgency and pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen
• Ability to follow procedures and take direction well from supervisors and teammates
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and a respectful, team-focused mindset
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• You have reliable transportation to and from Brentwood Bay
