• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed.
• Support the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to maintain a spotless work environment.
• Collaborate with servers and culinary staff during busy service times to ensure timely availability of clean items.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during catering events or banquet services.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks.
• Maintain an organized dish area and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages promptly.

Skills
