Dishwasher/Busser

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. Duties

• Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout service.
• Assist in bussing tables by clearing dirty dishes and resetting tables for the next guests.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and kitchen assistance.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is beneficial.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
