Dishwasher/Food Prep

We are a Japanese Ramen restaurant from New York we had more than 50 locations all over the state. Henderson is the first location at Las Vegas. We are looking for friendly, reliable FOH servers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed under the guidance of cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained in good working order.
• Help organize and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated places.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
• Support banquet services by preparing necessary items for events as required.

Skills

• Experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of basic food handling practices is a plus.
• Willingness to help with various tasks within the kitchen as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
