Line Cook – Wildflour Restaurant (Leavenworth, WA)

Wildflour Restaurant is a Pacific Northwest–inspired, casual fine dining restaurant known for its creative, from-scratch cuisine, local ingredients, and a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. We’re looking for a highly skilled line cook who can absolutely crush it on the line and take pride in their craft.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a scratch kitchen or fine dining environment
- Excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of flavor, technique, and timing
- Ability to stay composed and focused during high-volume service
- Pride in plating, consistency, and maintaining Wildflour’s quality standards
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and hustle

What You’ll Do:

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines according to health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish pit, sinks, floors, and surrounding areas
• Properly handle and dispose of trash, recycling, and compost
• Assist with basic kitchen prep when needed (peeling, portioning, stocking)
• Keep cleaning chemicals labeled, stored, and used correctly
• Ensure all items are returned promptly to service areas during busy periods
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
• Break down and clean kitchen equipment at the end of shifts
• Support kitchen and FOH team as needed to keep service running smoothly
