Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations, clearing tables, and bussing dishes efficiently
• Handle food handling responsibilities safely in accordance with health regulations while supporting food service operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow during busy service hours
• Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning supplies, food handling, and kitchen operations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position
• Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is beneficial
• Strong teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude are essential for thriving in our fast-paced environment
