Dispatcher / Secretary (Work From Home) Dallas -Fort Worth

Fun Texas Tours is a leading sightseeing and tour company offering unforgettable experiences across Dallas, Houston, and beyond. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Secretary to join our growing team. This is a remote position, perfect for someone who is highly organized, professional, and trustworthy. Must be located in Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and coordinate tour schedules, drivers, and guides.
  • Communicate with customers, confirm reservations, and answer questions by phone and email.
  • Analyze information and adjust schedules as needed for smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and reservation updates.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and follow-up communication.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and quick response times.

Requirements:

  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong ability to analyze information and multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency (Google Sheets, Word, email, and scheduling tools).
  • Prior experience in dispatching, office administration, or customer service preferred.
  • Must have a quiet home workspace and stable internet connection.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
