Mitre 10 MEGA Whanganui is proudly locally owned and operated, committed to delivering top service to our customers and community. We are looking for two energetic and reliable Full‑Time Drive Thru Team Members to join our busy Trade & Drive Thru area.

These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active, and helping customers get the products they need with great service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Provide friendly, helpful service to all Drive Thru and Trade customers
• Assist customers with product selection, loading, and general queries
• Maintain a positive, professional approach in a fast-paced environment

Physical & Operational Duties

• Safely lift and load heavy building materials and bulk products
• Maintain a tidy, organised Drive Thru and yard area
• Support daily operations, stock movement, and inventory tasks

Health & Safety

• Follow all safety procedures and ensure a safe environment for customers and team members

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Good physical fitness – confident with regular heavy lifting
• A Full NZ Driver Licence (essential)
• A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work weekends
• Previous retail, trade, or warehousing experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
