Driving Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and patient Driving Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive driving lessons to students of various skill levels, ensuring they develop safe and confident driving habits. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and experience in tutoring or classroom settings. Duties

• Conduct one-on-one driving lessons tailored to each student’s needs and skill level
• Develop customized lesson plans that align with safety standards and curriculum guidelines
• Evaluate students’ driving abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Prepare students for their driving tests by reviewing rules of the road and practical skills
• Maintain accurate records of lesson progress and student performance
• Ensure all lessons are conducted in a safe, professional, and supportive environment
• Communicate effectively with students to build confidence and address questions or concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom instruction is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and engage students of diverse backgrounds
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to remain patient, professional, and encouraging throughout lessons
• Prior experience in classroom or instructional settings is advantageous but not required
• Commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws and regulations
