Driving Instructor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and training new drivers to ensure they develop the necessary skills and confidence to operate vehicles safely. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct driving lessons in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Educate students on traffic laws, safe driving practices, and vehicle operation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
• Prepare students for written and practical driving tests.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with students to address their questions and concerns.
• Create a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere during theoretical instruction sessions.
• Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and improve teaching methods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate diverse groups of students.
• Patience and adaptability in working with individuals of varying skill levels.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques is a plus.
• Commitment to promoting safety and responsible driving habits among students.
