Drywall Technician/Handyman/Remodeler

Winter Springs property management company hiring a drywall expert/handyman/jack-of-all-trades. While we do have other members in our team to help when a task is not in your wheelhouse, the ability to perform a variety of tasks independently will be strongly preferred. Tasks include typical renovation/repair work:

• Level 5 drywall experience
• Ceiling fan installation
• Light switch/electrical outlet upgrades
• Framing
• Trim carpentry
• Flooring - LVT
• Flooring - tile
• Painting
• Cabinet refinishing
• Toilet valve/flapper repairs
• AC vent repairs and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Backsplash installation
• Demolition
• Installation and design of built in cabinetry systems
• Pressure washing
• TV mounting
• Occasional furniture moving as we stage homes

This position is for an immediate start, so preference will go to those applicants currently unemployed and ready to start. This is a full time position with very flexible scheduling, so if you have a need for creative/flexible scheduling, just let us know and we can likely make it work.

• No weekends required.
• No travel required; all properties are in Winter Springs.
• Drug test will be required upon hire, as well as randomly throughout employment.
• 401K will be made available to you, should you choose.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
