We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and safety.
• Support team members with food preparation, serving, and other duties as needed in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
• Follow all health regulations related to sanitation, food safety, and proper kitchen procedures.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience in culinary arts, cashiering, or retail math can be beneficial for handling transactions efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
