At K Leisure, we are committed to providing top-class fitness, swimming, and wellness facilities to our community. We are now looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, with specific responsibility for our swimming pool department. This role involves leading a team of lifeguards, swim instructors, and fitness professionals while ensuring high standards in customer service, health & safety, and operational efficiency.

What You will Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of the leisure centre, including fitness areas, reception, sales, and pool management.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of lifeguards and swim instructors, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• Ensure our high health & safety standards are met across the facility.
• Manage the centre’s budget, scheduling, and resources to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive customer engagement and ensure visitors have a five-star experience at K Leisure.
• Contribute to strategic projects, such as training initiatives, audit preparations, and facility improvements.
• Act as a key decision-maker during your shift, resolving issues efficiently.

What We are Looking For:

• Experience in a leisure, fitness, or hospitality management role (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating staff.
• A lifeguard qualification (desirable but not essential) or a willingness to complete training.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in a leisure setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
