About the Role

The Duty Nurse Manager Team are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse who is versatile, has excellent problem-solving skills and has positive, patient focused attitude to join us as a casual Nurse Manager.

This role is based in Tauranga, and you will be joining a highly skilled and supportive team in a provincial hospital providing 24/7 medical cover for our community.

About you

You will need to be able to work rostered shifts covering morning, afternoon, and nights across all seven days.

• You will be an excellent problem solver who can remain calm under pressure
• You will have a full range of clinical skills including cannulation and venepuncture.
• Significant and varied clinical experience in an acute care setting is essential.
• Proficient level PDRP is required.
• Post Graduate Qualifications or working towards these is preferred.
