About the Role
The E-Commerce & Sales Operations Specialist manages marketplace analytics, sales performance, and operational health across our online channels.
You will maintain dashboards, monitor marketplace signals, and help shape daily strategy to ensure strong sales outcomes.
Your work will help ensure that:
- Marketplace performance remains stable
- Buy Box competitiveness is maintained
- Pricing stays aligned with market behavior
- Risks are identified early
- Growth opportunities are maximized
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Analysis & Performance
- Monitor daily sales, conversion rates, and revenue movement
- Track Buy Box status, delivery performance, and pricing behavior
- Analyze ACOS, keyword ranks, and listing diagnostics
- Spot anomalies early and propose solutions
2. Account Health & Risk Management
- Maintain excellent account health across all platforms
- Manage A-to-Z claims, ODR risks, and performance notifications
- Escalate and resolve risk cases immediately
- Implement a zero-tolerance approach for unresolved issues
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Track competitor pricing and adjust strategies
- Support promotions and marketplace campaigns
- Analyze product performance to identify growth opportunities
4. Reporting & Analytics
Create and maintain daily dashboards covering:
- Sales movement
- Buy Box status
- Pricing changes
- Account health indicators
Prepare weekly reports detailing:
- Trends
- Issues
- Risks
- Recommended action plans
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with customer support, marketing, logistics, and technical teams
- Coordinate with engineering/product teams to understand technical context
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and Creative Marketing Manager on marketplace strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace analytics, sales operations, or related data-driven roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketplace dashboards, analytics tools, or Seller Central equivalents (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Understanding of pricing behavior, competitor analysis, and basic marketplace algorithms.
- Experience managing tasks that require high attention to detail, structured workflows, and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with marketplace support teams and internal stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience with industrial, engineering, or technical products.
- Exposure to global e-commerce markets (EU/US/UK).
- Familiarity with ACOS monitoring, PPC optimization, or keyword performance tracking.
- Experience using automation tools, AI tools (like ChatGPT), or spreadsheet-based process automations.
- Knowledge of Buy Box mechanics, delivery metrics, and order defect mitigation.
- Collaboration experience with marketing, logistics, or customer support teams.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Ability to build simple dashboards or automate recurring reports.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
