Overview
We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Ecommerce Order Management Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives on keeping complex systems running smoothly — from order processing and fulfillment to delivery and returns.
You’ll work closely with our ecommerce, fulfillment, and customer service teams to manage daily order flow through Shopify, Amazon, Flxpoint and our 3PLs, troubleshoot sync or data issues, and help improve processes that enhance overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Order Flow: Monitor and manage order processing from Shopify and Amazon through our fulfillment centers or suppliers.
Customer Support Collaboration: Partner with the support team to ensure prompt and accurate order updates for customers.
Troubleshoot Issues: Quickly identify and resolve order, inventory, or integration discrepancies between platforms.
System Optimization: Work with internal teams to refine order workflows and data accuracy across systems.
Inventory Coordination: Ensure product availability and accuracy across multiple sales channels and fulfillment locations.
Vendor & Fulfillment Liaison: Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and dropship partners to resolve fulfillment or shipping issues.
Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs, create reports, and analyze performance data to drive operational improvements.
Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and develop solutions that prevent future disruptions.
Requirements
2+ years of ecommerce operations experience, ideally in order management or fulfillment coordination.
Hands-on experience with Shopify (orders, products, inventory, fulfillment workflows).
Experience with Flxpoint or other multi-channel integration platforms (e.g., Pipe17, Linnworks, or Brightpearl).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to think critically and troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A proactive attitude towards identifying and solving problems.
Experience with drop shipping, multi-warehouse fulfillment, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
