Summary

The Electrical Engineer (Consultant) will provide technical electrical design support for a new Process Area CAPEX project, while also assisting with smaller projects and operational activities on site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Designing and maintaining LV systems (e.g., lighting, general services, UPS, protection settings including arc flash) and ELV systems (e.g., fire alarm, data points, building automation).
• Managing small projects relating to electrical infrastructure and associated systems.
• Supporting design reviews, site acceptance activities, and the installation of electrical equipment.
• Preparing and maintaining electrical drawings, schematics, and associated documentation.
• Specifying cGMP electrical and instrumentation (E&I) equipment and process control elements.
• Managing electrical systems that interface with or reside on the business IT network.
• Supporting the validation department through preparation of design documentation and assistance with protocol execution.
• Assisting with investigations into equipment and control system anomalies, including power quality issues.
• Preparing engineering evaluations and executing modification change control documentation.
• Supervising electrical contractors and verifying that all works meet the required quality standards.
• Preparing risk assessments, method statements, and documentation related to all aspects of site health and safety.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by enforcing relevant procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Upholding company standards by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and regulations.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €400.00-€500.00 per day
