We are currently inviting applications for our Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Apprenticeship Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about engineering and eager to begin a rewarding career in the industrial electrical and instrumentation field.

As an E&I Apprentice, you will receive a combination of on-the-job training and academic learning. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to develop practical skills in electrical systems, control technologies, and instrumentation – all while earning industry-recognised qualifications.

About the Programme

Our apprenticeship programme is designed to build the foundation for a successful career in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering. Over the course of the programme, apprentices will:

• Learn how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems
• Gain experience with control panels, PLCs, sensors, and industrial equipment
• Develop the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and documentation
• Receive safety training and understand compliance with industry standards
• Attend college or training provider sessions to complete the academic portion of the qualification
• Be mentored by experienced professionals and supported throughout their development

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• A genuine interest in electrical, instrumentation, or engineering disciplines
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Commitment to completing the full duration of the apprenticeship

Desirable:

• Practical experience with tools or hands-on projects (school, hobby, or work experience)
• Familiarity with basic electrical or mechanical concepts
• Awareness of workplace safety and regulations
