We’re looking for a talented Electrical Project Manager to help lead our projects from concept to completion—partnering closely with our field and office teams to ensure success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from budgeting and scheduling to closeout.
• Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, general contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and project success.
• Plan, organize, and strategically direct resources across multiple active projects.
• Review drawings, submittals, and change orders while maintaining cost control and schedule integrity.
• Lead with a “team-first” mindset, fostering communication and accountability across all levels.
• Uphold company values of safety, ethics, and excellence in every decision.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects.
• 5 years of Electrical Field Experience
• Deep understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and construction processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communicator who builds strong relationships with teams, clients, and partners.
• A proactive problem-solver who values teamwork and integrity above all.
