The Opportunity
Our diverse Services business provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centers, support for the resources sector and just about everything in-between. Our Schneider Electric portfolio covers UPS, critical cooling equipment, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, substation monitoring as well as a wide range of ancillary equipment. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.
Come and join our Services team as our new Electrical Projects Coordinator where you will leverage your background to support a variety of electrical and related projects, delivering Customer solutions across markets that are calling for our expertise. This is a role with true variety across diverse technical projects that will encompass; Secure Power, Power Systems and a wide range of niche Customer requirements, which will also include Oil and Gas and other remote Mining locations.
This exciting new career opportunity will see you:
- Collaborating with a variety of passionate stakeholders to support the execution of varied technical projects including; Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Service Representatives, Planners, Contractors and other site-specific stakeholders
- Liaise with varied Customers to understand technical requirements and provide specialist guidance on in relation to our diverse portfolio of product solutions and service offerings
- Manage project documentation, including scopes of work, schedules, risk assessments, reporting and other internal process or compliance requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and ensure we are delivering Customer solutions
- Hands-on technical support during installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting phases
- Maintain strong Customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a high level of satisfaction

Prepared to travel throughout Western Australia when required
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant trade or other related tertiary qualifications (Electrical, Engineering, Technical, Project Management etc.) coupled with proven experience in a similar role in Project Coordinator or Project Manager

Intermediate IT skills, proven in the use of project management tools and other digital platforms
Proven background in the coordination of technical projects, ideally within a similar large-scale organisation - Skilled in maintaining close stakeholder relationships and achieving outcomes through people, especially projects that include remote support and regional travel when required
- Natural problem solver with a proven ability to leverage technical knowledge in successfully navigating complex challenges while achieving technical solutions
- Those with additional postgraduate qualifications will be viewed favourably
