Electrical Quantity Surveyor(Tender) Cum Purchaser

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement surveys to ensure accurate project costing.

• Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.

• Analyse and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.

• Manage procurement processes including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure competitive prices and timely deliveries.

• Ensure procurement complies with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to coordinate purchasing and cost control activities.

• Track and maintain records of purchases, orders, and deliveries to ensure project schedules are met.

• Assist in resolving any procurement or contract issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Support contract administration including preparation and review of contracts, variations, and claims.

• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and supply chain developments relevant to construction materials and services.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

• Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Min 3 years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience for the electrical project in singapore.
• Able to work independently., know well for tender platform such as gebiz
• Proficient in MS office applications AutoCad
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
