This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. Job Purpose and Impact

The Electrical Reliability Engineering Supervisor will design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow and safety precautions to maximize use of plant and manufacturing facilities. We seek a professional to ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines. In this role, you will evaluate worker productivity and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays and promote cost control and reduction. Key Accountabilities

Establish accident prevention measures.
Schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production.
Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
Develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output.
Ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum four years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
