Your opportunity

As an Electrical Supervisor Metering, you'll build on your highly practiced trade-based expertise and management skills to lead field-based teams of employees and contractors.

Here's how you’ll do it:

• Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring; promote safety, engage with customers and stakeholders, manage change, oversee site management, and coordinate emergency works.
• Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of installation, connection, maintenance, and investigation activities to meet client works plans and customer requirements.

The remuneration for your new role is:

• 9-day fortnight: from $152,776 per annum + 14.75% superannuation + applicable allowances.
• 10-day fortnight: from $172,637 per annum + 14.75% superannuation + applicable allowances.

What you’ll bring

• Current Australian State or Territory Electrical Workers Licence.
• Well-developed people management and leaderships skills, including mentoring and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a broader organisational leadership team to implement and deliver productivity improvements.
• Demonstrated competence in managing projects and programs of work in a relevant technical field.

We’d also love you to have:

• Well-developed customer service skills, and a high degree of oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to maintain and foster positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, electrical distribution and customer installations.
• Availability for call out and emergency work.
• Willingness to travel nationally, intrastate or to surrounding areas as required to undertake work.
• Current 'C' class open Driver's Licence.
