Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and technicians on installation and repair projects.
Plan and schedule work assignments, resources, and materials for daily operations.
Inspect installations and repairs to ensure quality and compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
Monitor and enforce safety procedures and guidelines on-site.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues and provide technical guidance to resolve problems.
Maintain documentation, including daily reports, work progress, and incident logs.
Train and mentor junior technicians and new staff.
