Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an Electrician / Maintenance Technician who is knowledgeable in electrical maintenance and preventive servicing, within the food, retail, or FMCG industry, The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, lighting, ventilation systems and equipment across Lemon Square Bakery Treats stores and facilities. This role will report directly to the Technical Services Team Lead and collaborate with internal teams to ensure all electrical systems, utilities meet operational and safety requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure proper operation of store and equipment, air conditioning units, and other electrical appliances.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, equipment breakdowns, and maintenance requests.
• Monitor equipment performance and immediately report defects or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records properly.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new stores or facilities are fully operational and ready for opening.

Qualifications:

• Vocational or Technical graduate in Electrical Technology or any related field.
• TESDA Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or related fields is preferred.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (PRC) is an advantage.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, repairs, or facilities maintenance.
• Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, restaurant, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in electrical troubleshooting, motor controls, and generator maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness.
• Physically fit and able to work in production or store environments.
• Willing to render overtime, shifting schedules, or emergency/on-call work when necessary.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork or travel to different branches if needed.
