Electricians (Limerick)

Weltec Engineering is seeking a Qualified Electricians to join our growing team in Limerick. As an electrician with Weltec, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in a commercial setting.

This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components in commercial properties.

• Diagnose electrical issues, perform repairs, and ensure systems are functioning correctly and safely.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, and company policies.

• Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure ongoing safety and efficiency.

• Complete and maintain accurate records of work performed, including job reports, materials used, and any issues encountered.

• Work closely with other trades and engineers on site to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve work quality.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe, and good working condition

• 
  Hold a National Craft Certificate, with a proven track record of 6+ yrs time served.

• Prior experience in the industrial and commercial sectors is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and tools

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Training Certifications Required:

• Safe Pass

• Manual Handling Certificate
