Electro-Mechanical Technician

Presam Group of Companies is a 100% family-owned corporation with subsidiaries in the fields of Petro-chemical industry, construction, supply and distribution, property and resort development, hauling and transport and Retailing. An Electro-Mechanical Technician will be assigned in our construction company and will be responsible for performing installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, equipment’s (Ref, Chillers, ACUs), and CCTVs in a gasoline station. This role ensures that all machinery and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards to support uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications:

• Have understanding of electrical system, controls and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge in mechanical system (motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC equipment)
• Skills in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals
• With experience
• Must have attended training with the following – Basic Electrical Installation & Maintenance NC (II/III), Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Servicing (II), Work at Heights & Scaffolding Safety, CCTV Installation
• Registered Master Electrician is an advantage
• Can start as soon as possible
