Electronic Engineer - Tipperary

Adare Global Personnel Solutions are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electronic Engineer with a strong background in electronic manufacturing, circuit board repair, and process optimisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and quality of production processes. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate electronic circuits, PCBs, and embedded systems.
• Create schematics, select components, and work with PCB layout tools.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and quality teams to support production.
• Prepare technical reports, test documentation, and design specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, cost-reduction, and product reliability initiatives.
• Manage solder paste application and monitor temperature and humidity impacts on production quality.
• Perform CAT testing, troubleshooting, and repair of circuit boards to maintain performance standards.

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics design, development, or hardware engineering.
• Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design.
• Experience with PCB CAD tools.
• Proficiency in one or more embedded programming languages (C, C++, Python).
