Elite Auto Car Salon Looking For Office Assistant - Admin/Sales

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Front Desk Office Assistant to help with both Admin/Sales at Golden State Auto Salon. We specialize in high-end vehicle detailing, window tinting, and film applications like PPF & Tints.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, showcase premium automotive enhancements, and drive sales growth through expert consultation and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with cars, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients seeking top-tier auto solutions.

Duties:

• Engage with prospective clients by doing follow ups on previous warm leads
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of automotive detailing services and film products to educate customers and help with purchasing decisions.
• Manage the entire customer experience experience from car drop off to car pickup
• Negotiate pricing, service packages, and expectations effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services such as premium coatings or advanced window films to enhance customer value and increase sales volume.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales progress efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handlings leads via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote new services or special offers through various channels including social media or in-store promotions.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities

Qualifications:

• Strong excellent communication abilities
• Automotive industry knowledge of high-end vehicle
• Automotive services and car knowledge preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured workflow.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
