Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about high-quality craftsmanship? We’re looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team at SafetyCare Ltd, a leading supplier of custom-branded workwear and PPE. Based in Dublin 11, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with advanced machinery in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The Role

You’ll be working alongside a skilled team of three other machine operators on an 8-head Barudan embroidery machine, producing high-quality embroidered garments to exact customer specifications.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and frame garments for embroidery
  • Follow job sheets to complete embroidery tasks accurately
  • Perform quality checks to ensure high standards are met
  • Maintain production logs and meet daily targets
  • Carry out routine machine cleaning and upkeep

What We’re Looking For

  • A fast worker with a sharp eye for detail and quality control
  • A strong work ethic and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A team player with great communication skills
  • Previous experience with embroidery machines is a plus (Barudan knowledge ideal but not essential)
