What You’ll Do

As an Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our production floor — transforming designs into real products that make an impact. You’ll:

• Set up and operate Tajima embroidery machines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow detailed work orders for design placement, color matching, and garment type.
• Embroider on a wide range of apparel — from hats and shirts to jackets and bags.
• Inspect each item to ensure quality, consistency, and perfection.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or thread issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work area.
• Hit production goals while keeping our commitment to quality craftsmanship.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Embroidery or production machine experience is required — Tajima experience a big plus!
✅ Detail-oriented and quality-focused
✅ Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical ability
✅ Team player with a great attitude and reliable work ethic
✅ Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day
✅ Basic math and measurement skills for perfect placement
✅ Ready to learn, grow, and take pride in every piece you create!
