We are seeking a dynamic and strategic EMEA Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role plays a key role in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering engagement across multiple digital channels in the agrochemical sector.
As a core member of the regional marketing team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with Commercial, Regulatory, R&D, and IT teams to design impactful digital experiences that align with global strategies while addressing specific local market needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, website and app development, digital campaigns, customer journey mapping, and digital advertising.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives using KPIs, analytics tools, and market surveys; provide regular performance reports and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Translate data into actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Act as a digital thought leader, driving innovation and continuous improvement of FMC’s digital tools and capabilities across EMEA.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and IT to ensure digital strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.
- Promote adoption of digital tools by training and supporting regional marketing teams.
- Manage external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of digital marketing activities.
Qualifications
- University degree in Agricultural Science, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, websites, apps, and campaign execution across varied budgets.
- Proven ability to lead digital campaigns in complex, multi-market environments.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the agrochemical or agriculture industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; confident presenting to senior leadership.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Passionate about digital innovation and staying current with emerging tools and trends.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA up to 20% annually.
