We are one of the largest bike tour companies in Italy, and we're expanding our team of passionate guides for the upcoming season!
We are looking for proactive, friendly, and engaging people who love working with travelers from all over the world. If you enjoy storytelling, meeting new people, and exploring Milan by bike, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a tour leader, you'll lead guests through the historic center of Milan, sharing fascinating stories about the city's culture, architecture, and history while creating an unforgettable experience for visitors.
Previous experience as a tour leader or guide is a strong plus, but above all we're looking for people with great energy and the ability to connect with an international audience. And one more thing: while we love sunny days, our tours run rain or shine. Whether it's howling wind or pouring rain, we truly shine when adversity comes knocking!
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Flexible work hours (weekdays, weekends, evenings), and complete availability throughout the entire summer, through the end of October.
- Familiarity with riding a bicycle
- In-depth knowledge of Milan's historic city center, where the tour takes place.
- We provide full training with our experienced current Tour Leaders to ensure you feel confident leading our tours and delivering a great experience to our guests.
Only candidates who meet all of the following requirements will be considered:
- License: Possession of the Accompagnatore Turistico license for the city of Milan or an Official Tour Guide License (Patentino).
- Partita IVA
- Language Skills: Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
- Knowledge of Milan: Strong knowledge of Milan's history, culture, and landmarks.
Living in Milan is highly recommended, although it is not a strict requirement if all other qualifications are met.
We want guides who can bring history to life. The ideal candidate explains Milan's stories in a way that captures guests' attention and helps them understand what makes the city so unique. In other words, you should be an entertainer as well as a historian.
