SWIRL provides tax-efficient corporate reward and incentive solutions to Irish businesses. We support employers across construction, healthcare, facilities management, retail and professional services with scalable employee reward programmes.

Following strong growth in our SME segment, we are now investing in building a structured enterprise sales function to expand our presence with larger Irish employers.

This is a new role with genuine opportunity to shape how enterprise sales are built within the business.

The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Enterprise Sales Executive to originate, develop and close high-value new business opportunities with medium and large Irish employers (€50k–€250k+ programmes).

This is a true selling role focused on landing new enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle — from initial engagement through to commercial close — working across multiple stakeholders including HR, Finance and Procurement.

While you will retain strong visibility on accounts post-sale, clients will transition to a dedicated Account Manager for ongoing delivery and growth.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys building pipeline, leading complex deals, and winning new business in a structured, target-driven environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and targeting high-potential Irish employers
  • Generating new conversations via LinkedIn, email and phone
  • Managing opportunities through structured qualification
  • Presenting commercial proposals
  • Navigating procurement and compliance processes
  • Closing new business

This role does not manage small inbound accounts. It is focused on building the top tier of our revenue base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a targeted enterprise sales strategy across priority sectors
  • Originate and develop new business opportunities through strategic outbound and network-led engagement
  • Build and maintain a structured outbound target list (sector-focused)
  • Lead high-quality discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (HR, Finance, Procurement)
  • Qualify opportunities based on budget, timing and procurement process
  • Manage opportunities through Salesforce with clear stage progression
  • Present tailored commercial proposals if customisation required
  • Coordinate with internal compliance and operations teams to support onboarding
  • Deliver against agreed annual new business load targets

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • 3–6 years’ experience in B2B sales roles with clear responsibility for closing business
  • Proven track record of winning new business through outbound activity
  • Experience selling to corporate decision-makers (HR, Finance, Procurement)
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable managing longer sales cycles
  • Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)
  • Commercially confident and target-driven

Desirable:

  • Experience in telecoms, SaaS, corporate services, HR or benefits solutions
  • Experience dealing with procurement onboarding processes

  • Clear, accurate forecasting supported by excellent CRM discipline
