Entertainment Facility Host

Hosts will greet and process customers through our 4 offered experiences, including escape rooms, rage rooms, splatter rooms, and axe throwing.

TYPICAL WORK DAY: Hosts are assigned to 1 of two facilities for a shift and are required to work both facilities. Our Escape Room facility and our Rage Room facility, which also includes our Axe Throwing and Splatter Rooms. Hosts are on-call and will arrive 30 minutes before the first booking, prepping the facility for customers' arrivals. Duties include customer check-in, experience introductions, ensuring safety, obtaining reviews and tips, daily chores, facility cleanliness and organization, taking photos, upselling, and more, but above everything else is to ensure the customers' experience is 5-star quality. Hosts will prep some experiences, check in on customers, prepare bar food and non-alcoholic drinks and floats, and clean up after some experiences to prepare for the next booking. Hourly rate is an average with earned tips included reaching up to $18/hour.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be generally available 3 days a week, including Saturday. Must be 17+ years old and able to work late even on weekdays. Must live within a 30-minute drive or less of Orem. Must have reliable transportation.
