What you’ll do

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and cash handling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a well-organized sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment for all customers.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate retail math calculations.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus!
• Bilingual abilities to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Experience in supervising or leading small teams is advantageous.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
