Entry Level Sales Associate

We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our growing telecommunications team supporting AT&T business and customer solutions. This Entry Level Sales Associate role is for individuals who are motivated to develop leadership skills while gaining experience in sales, customer relations, and management within the telecommunications industry.

The Entry Level Sales Associate will work closely with senior leadership to learn all aspects of our business, including customer and business engagement, team development, account management, and performance strategy. The Entry Level Sales Associate role starts off at an entry level, being involved in the full cycle of the sales process to get a greater understanding of the services we offer.

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Interact directly with businesses and customers to educate them on available telecommunications products and services
• Serve as a point of contact to ensure clear communication and exceptional customer sales experiences
• Support daily sales cycles for customers, account management, and service activations
• Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending tailored telecommunications solutions
• Learn and execute company sales strategies, performance metrics, and compliance standards
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members to become managers and lead others in the company
• Maintain professionalism and brand standards when representing AT&T services
• Progressively take on leadership responsibilities as training milestones are achieved

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and business owners regularly
• Interest in leadership, management, sales, and professional growth
• Ability to work in a team and customer focused environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Prior sales, customer service, or telecommunications experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to the office location
• Bilingual (Spanish/English is preferred; other languages a plus)

Pay: $4,350.00 - $5,400.00 per month
