YOUR ROLE

Working independently on equipment maintenance on reliability & robustness improvement , maintenance cost saving projects , wafer / process yield quality and throughput parameters. Provide
technical support and expertise on specific tools (TEL Alpha / VTR7000 / ASM / Kokusai) to AME and Line Support Staffs.

Translate Engineering needs into preventive maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the
committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in Electronics & Electrical
• Experience in 8" Diffusion furnaces ((TEL Alpha / VTR7000 / ASM / Kokusai) maintenance & troubleshooting
• Installation and commissioning of new equipment with equipment vendors
• Technical competency & knowledge required to troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematic
• Have experience in designing and developing solutions sensors via micro-controllers (eg. STM32) / Raspberry Pi computers as part of FDC (Fault Detection Control)
• Ability to engage in team discussion for equipment issues
