What you will do:
As an ERP Data Analyst within Johnson Controls’ Fire Suppression products division, you will play a crucial role in supporting the optimization and effectiveness of our ERP systems. You will be responsible for data integrity, creating new SKU’s and conducting analyses that provide insights to enhance operational efficiency. The support stretches from the EMEA to the APAC region.
How you will do it:
- Create new SKU numbers in multiple ERP platforms.
- Support data & parameters changes in multiple ERP platforms.
- Support data migration projects and ensure data accuracy during transitions between systems.
- Be the main point of contact for multiple departments in regard to data accuracy and changes.
- Conduct data audits and implement processes to improve data quality.
- Create and maintain documentation related to the primary processes for this role.
- Offer training to the supported departments for better understanding of the importance of date quality.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and assist in troubleshooting ERP-related issues.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluid in English & Dutch language.
