Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist and Social Media Coordinator

Body by Design is a mini spa in the North Hills. We provide many therapeutic and medical massage modalities as well as myofascial trigger point therapy, reflexology and Ortho Bionomy. We have been serving our community for 15 years, and our client base has grown rapidly over the last 5 years. We are seeking 1-2 part time employees to serve as a front desk receptionists on evenings and weekends. Duties of this position would include (but are not limited to): top notch customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, laundry and cleaning. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is social media savvy and able to boost our online presence with daily posts, creating stories, reels, TikTok videos, etc. A more detailed position description available upon request. Compensation…$14-17 per hour - determined by experience, personal motivation etc. Additional commission opportunities ($5-$30 per service) available when you cross train for Slimwave, Oasi, Red Light and Haven.

We are seeking a long term employee (2+ years).

Must be available evenings (ideally 3:30-9:30) and every other Saturday (typically 8:30-4:30).
