Event Captain

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team in a fast-paced event environment. The Captain will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise events ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Train and develop staff in food preparation, customer service, and operational standards.
• Manage inventory control and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
• Create a memorable experience for our guests
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
• Making sure all items are cared for and returned to shop.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments.
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training.
• Ability to multitask an work long shifts
• Background in culinary arts or kitchen management is preferred; culinary experience is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in supervising staff, conducting interviews, and managing shifts effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
