Event Manager

Duties

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services at competitive rates.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance through effective upselling strategies.
• Implement fundraising initiatives for charitable events, maximizing contributions while ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients post-event for potential future business opportunities.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $53,870.00 - $58,110.00 per year
