Job Overview:
Join the dinkers® team as an Event Team Member! We’re seeking an energetic and dependable individual to help run our Saturday, Sunday, and weeknight markets and events. You’ll set up the booth, cook and serve our signature glazed nuts, interact with customers, handle sales, and support our neurodivergent team members onsite.

Specific Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of market and event operations, including setup, customer engagement, product cooking, product sales, and takedown.
- Train, mentor, and support neurodivergent team members during events, ensuring they feel confident and successful in their roles.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with event organizers, vendors, and community partners.
- Handle cash and card transactions, manage inventory at events, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Gather feedback from customers and team members to help improve products, processes, and customer experience.
Required Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact comfortably with a wide variety of people.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor or support team members in a patient, encouraging way.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing event environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings based on event schedules.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Be coachable and have a strong work ethic :)
